What this page covers

This page explains what this site stores on your device and what it loads from external servers. It applies to cookies and to any other local storage, such as localStorage.

The legal basis is article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004, implementing the ePrivacy Directive: storage strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for needs no consent; everything else does.

No advertising and no profiling

By default this site loads no advertising cookies, no social network pixels and no profiling tools.

Fonts are served from this domain. Normal browsing makes no request to any third party server.

Strictly necessary storage

soulifyoga_cookies: stores your choice in this notice so it does not appear again. It stays in your browser for six months. No consent required.

soulifyoga_access: stores the signed proof of your access to the lesson area so you do not need the email link every time. It stays in your browser for one year and only exists after a purchase. No consent required, because it is what gives you access to what you bought.

Stripe cookies: set by Stripe on the payment page for security and fraud prevention. They are needed for payment to work and are outside our control; Stripe's policy applies.

Audience measurement

If we ever turn on audience measurement or advertising pixels, those requests are only made after you accept in this notice. Until you accept, nothing is loaded.

As at the date of this page no measurement tool is active.

How to manage it and how to change your mind

You can change your choice at any time in the footer, under Manage cookies.

You can also clear this site's storage in your browser settings or browse in a private window. If you clear it, you lose the access proof and will need the email link to get back into the lesson area.

Refusing non necessary storage does not stop you buying or watching the lessons.
